CSR/Dispatcher (bilingual Spanish)

Job Summary: Dispatch work to drivers, helpers and yard personnel Always looking to offer assistance as needed in order to help maintain a smooth flow of the Company's business. Also answer phones taking orders from customers. JOB DUTIES: Assign Daily Stop to Stop RoutesHandle Driver ProblemsAnswer telephone - direct phone callsGeneral assistance as neededCustomer service as neededOrder taking as neededProcess drivers' daily paperworkAny additional duties as assigned by management SKILLS: Navigational Skills - Must have general knowledge of the Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan Area freeway system.
