They are currently seeking a talented M&A (Transaction Advisory) Senior Associate to join their growing team.Overview: As an M&A Senior Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on complex financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, providing financial due diligence and strategic insights to support critical business decisions.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, including quality of earnings analysis, working capital assessments, and identification of potential deal risks.Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights to clients.Assist in the preparation of client deliverables, including financial models, reports, and presentations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, valuation, and audit professionals, to provide holistic transaction support.Participate in client meetings and communicate findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting the M&A landscape.Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to proposals and pitches.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CFA, or related certification preferred.3+ years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or related field within a public accounting or consulting firm.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Competitive compensation package, including performance-based prehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within a nationally recognized firm.A supportive and collaborative work environment that values work-life balance.
