Quality Manager (Aerospace)

We are representing a very prominent aerospace manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead their Cleveland facility. The Quality Manager will report directly to the General Manager who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP!POSITION OVERVIEWCandidate will report to the General Manager while leading a department of (2) Engineers.Candidate will assume ownership over both the plant quality function while working cross functionally with different departmentsProvide direction and leadership consistent with company and business plan goals.Maintain and develop strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendorsDirect and drive the utilization of problem solving methods for related plant and customer issues.Responsible for improving process efficiency through best practices, SOP's, and lean manufacturing.POSITION REQUIREMENTSDegree is preferred for considerationCandidate should have at least 5 years of Quality Management experience within highly regulated environmentCandidate should have a strong Quality Systems profileExperience with Metals environment preferred
