Position: Compliance 1 Specialist and Compliance 2 SpecialistLocation: Des Plaines, IL 5 daysweek; will be moving to Schaumburg office soonStart Time: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; 30-45 min lunchPay Rate: $19hr-$23hrOn-Site Hiring Event: Thursday, January 30th (1302025)Compliance 1 SpecialistDay to Day:Insight Global's client is looking for a Compliance I Specialist who will manage various transactional processes. These transactions include new vehicle paperwork or the registration renewals process. You will cultivate relationships with DMV's and trusted vendors to ensure partnership across the industry. You will be well-versed and able to operate within external and internal systems and technologies to manage processing and communication. The specialist will adhere to detailed methods of tracking to ensure fleet vehicles are on the road legally with the proper license and registration. This is a high-volume role where you will be issuing payments, managing around 400 renewals, regularly updating notes, and calling vendors.Training Program: The specialist will be on a 30, 60, 90-day training program where you will begin by handling vehicle renewals and registrations through mailings by being quick and efficient. You will then move onto handling searching VIN's, plates, etc, in legacy systems. As you pick up on processes you will then move on to handling larger, complex portfolios by processing in states, issuing payments, renewals, licensing and titling, etc.Requirements:Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of previous Office Administration, Customer Service, Documentation, etc.Word and ExcelGood communication and the ability to work well in a team environmentAbility to pick up on tasks quicklyPlusses:Salesforce or other CRM experienceCompliance 2 SpecialistDay to Day: Insight Global's client is looking for a Compliance 2 Specialist to assist with initial title and registration of vehicles across a variety of states. You will be responsible for reviewing all documentation and ensuring vehicles are compliant with state rules and regulations for licensing, titling, registration, etc. There are levels of complexity with documentation so it is important to have high attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced environment, and a strong sense of urgency. You will also occasionally be customer facing and need to ensure you are poised when speaking to customers. A candidate will be successful in this role if they are dynamic, system savvy, and excited to learn quickly.You will be responsible for the processing of new vehicle paperwork or annual registration renewals for vehicles managed by Insight Global's client. The specialist will cultivate relationships with DMVs and trusted vendors to ensure partnership across the industry and be well-versed and able to operate within external and internal systems and technologies to manage processing and communication. The specialist will adhere to detailed methods of tracking to ensure fleet vehicles are on the road legally with the proper license and registration. Individuals in this role will be assigned to one of the following working groups and understand the role includes flexibility to be reassigned to another team to suit the business needs to optimize customer satisfaction.Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Admin, Logistics, Fleet Management, etc.Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office producesAbility to type quickly and handle 30-35 unitsdayDatabase management experience, specifically SalesforceStrong communication, attention to detail, urgent, go-getter, etc.Plusses:Coming from a fleet management or logistics companyDirect Placement Roles: Compensation:$19hr to $23hr per hour.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
