Account Executive - Next Collective AgencyNext Collective is a dynamic, female-founded company that works with top influencers and retailers in our space, including Nordstrom, REVOLVE, and URBN. We pride ourselves on providing our clients exceptional service and expertise in the exciting and ever-changing landscape of wholesale sales and influencer management.We are seeking a self-starter with proven sales experience managing multiple brands and major accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to drive results in a fast-paced environment. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our wholesale division and achieving ambitious revenue goals.Core Functions:Advance sales with current wholesale accounts and clients while strengthening existing partnerships.Drive new business development initiatives and expand on exclusive partnerships with current major retailers Identify and secure new specialty and major business opportunities through targeting, email marketing, and trade shows.Develop and foster relationships with online and brick-and-mortar retail partners, as well as brand partners, ensuring exceptional service.Maintain organized contact lists and sales logs and manage follow up activities with customers to drive sales and maintain relationships.Work closely with the sales team and brands to ensure all customer needs and demands are met.Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and team efficiencies to meet business objectives. Participate in additional tasks and initiatives as assigned.Qualifications:At least 2+ years of experience managing major and specialty retailers and global sales in the fashion, apparel, andor social media marketing industries.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentations skills. Self-motivation and agility to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.Team-first attitude and willingness to contribute to all company initiatives.Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop a team Must be willing to travel locally and nationally
