The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network automation, a deep understanding of networking protocols, and experience with renewable energy systems.The portfolio of hardware products includes those built or assembled by our company, such as the controls and monitoring platform, those resold such as electric vehicle supply equipment chargers, and major distributed energy products that are purchased from strategic vendors such as energy storage systems, metering devices, and third-party control systems. These include electric vehicle (EV) chargers, Battery Energy Storage (BESS) systems, photovoltaic (PV) generation, smart switchgear for behind the meter installations. You will work closely with the hardware product team that is tasked with bringing products from pre-production and R&D teams, product managers and testing team to develop best-in-class products.Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and manage wired and wireless network infrastructure for monitoring and controlling renewable energy assetsOwnership of system specifications, configuration, control, and monitoring of wireless assets including cellular and WiFiDevelop and implement network automation scripts and tools to enhance network performance and reliabilityMonitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation of renewable energy systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with renewable energy management systemsEnsure network security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and trainingStay updated with the latest advancements in network automation and renewable energy technologiesCompany:We are a leading national provider of intelligent onsite energy solutions that support carbon-free electrification and transportation.
