EDI Analyst (202693)

BCTG's direct client is looking for a hands-on EDI Analyst for a 6+ month contract. Must be able to be onsite in Lyndhurst 2-3 daysweek. This person will help onboard new customers as well as improve the current system, monitor electronic transactions, and correct any failures.Review EDI Customer GuidelinesReview current EDI setup and application filesDay to day EDI support as well as onboarding of new trading partnersCreate Functional Specifications based on Customers Guidelines for Developers Work with 3rd party EDI providers like Cleo to setup new mappings for required documentsTest and validate InboundOutbound transmissions of various EDI documentsMaintain accurate records of transactionsMonitor daily electronic information exchange and alert of any issuesKnowledge of common document types such as orders, invoices, ASNs, etc. Must Have EDI Experience (Cleo preferred)Experience with AS400 (preferred Garpac)- Queries, Sequel, DBUKnowledge of AS400 commands and ability to navigate within AS400 environmentSomeone who has previous RPG, RPG ILE experience and can analyze a program to see filefield usageStrong communications skills Nice to Have Experience with Cleo Cloud Prior experience working for a WholesaleRetail or CPG company GXS Catalog (Ability to validate and correct errors)
