Are you an experienced litigation secretary or assistant seeking a full-time position in Fort Lauderdale, FL? We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for a floater position. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence; filing and e-filing with state and federal courts; preparing documents, outlines, and exhibits for court filings, arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and hearings; drafting basic discovery responses; managing calendars and deadlines; conducting research and fact-finding; and handling additional administrative tasks as needed.Key Qualifications:2+ years of solid experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary, litigation or corporate experience a must!Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a proactive and collaborative attitudeSalary: $65,000yr.-$70,000yr.Benefits: Medical, Dental, VisionIf you're a qualified litigation secretary or assistant looking to advance your career, we'd love to hear from you.
