In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their specific needs, and effectively promoting our services to meet those needs.As a Sales Executive, your entrepreneurial mindset is highly valued. You will not only represent our brand but also serve as our sales expert!Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients through effective prospecting and lead generation.Gain a thorough understanding of our services and how they can solve client challenges.Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.Meet with potential clients and prospects both virtually and in-person.Negotiate and sell our staffing solutions.Develop and implement successful sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.Present our services to potential clients, addressing inquiries and overcoming objections professionally.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree or three (3) years of relevant professional experience.Strong skills in cold calling, solution selling, account management, metrics analysis, and delivering presentations.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and competitive in a fast-paced environment.Adaptable and eager to learn about new services and industries.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Your Path to Success:As one of the world's largest employers, we believe in the power of talent over labels, focusing on the diverse and unique skills of our team members. Specific anticipated salaries by location are as follows:California: $66,560Colorado: $55,000New York City; Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties: $58,500New York (All Other Locations): $58,458.40Washington: $67,724.80Benefits:Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs.
