Fabiana Filippi is an Italian luxury lifestyle brand seeking an Intern for its US headquarter offices to join the Sales department. This role will be a key element to the Fabiana Filippi team by assisting with meeting its wholesale goals and initiatives. We are looking for a part-time on-site candidate to join the Fabiana Filippi US team which will be based out of the New York showroom for a 14-week immersive internship opportunity. This experience will allow the intern insight and a hands on experience into the inner workings of a luxury fashion brand's wholesale department through an exclusive internship opportunity. This is a student internship position, and must be eligible for school credit. ResponsibilitiesDirectly support wholesale team with all daily initiatives including creating buy books, entering market notes, and processing ordersAssist team with showroom sample organization and merchandising displaysPrepare for and assist during wholesale market appointments Conduct sample send outs and shipment packing Maintain organization and stock of all showroom closets and materialsPreferred SkillsExcellent PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, OutlookHigh level of attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishDetail oriented with outstanding organizational skills Works well under pressureCompensationThis is an unpaid position - candidate must be a student looking to receive school credit through an accredited school internship program.
