Leveraging your investment banking background, you will analyze market trends, conduct due diligence, and collaborate with portfolio companies to drive value creation.Key Responsibilities:Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the tech or food & beverage sectors.Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive landscape vestment Analysis: Develop financial models, perform valuation analyses, and prepare investment memos for the investment committee.Portfolio Management: Support portfolio companies in strategic initiatives, including business development, operational improvements, and fundraising efforts.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics in the tech and food & beverage working: Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with exposure to tech or food & beverage sectors.Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and emerging technologies.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
