Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time opportunities"”or just want to teach a few more classes per week"”Shyft has a place for you!Qualifications:Certification: Comprehensive 450-hour Pilates education and certification (Mat or Reformer, or both).Teaching Experience: Proven ability to lead apparatus-based group classes with 6+ participants, as well as private and semi-private mitment to Growth: Passion for continued learning and evolving with new developments in the Pilates and fitness industry.Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.Physical Fitness: Ability to demonstrate exercises and movelift equipment as needed (up to 20 lbs).Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and harmoniously with other instructors and staff.CPR Certification: Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain.Responsibilities:Teaching & Client EngagementProvide expert Pilates instruction for group classes, private, and semi-private sessions in alignment with Shyft's standards.Create safe, engaging, and personalized class experiences tailored to clients' needs and spire and motivate clients to achieve their fitness and wellness goals through munity BuildingActively engage with clients to build strong relationships and foster a positive sense of community.Represent the Shyft brand by participating in studio events and supporting our family-friendly atmosphere.Maintain open and meaningful communication with clients, ensuring feedback and questions are valued.Studio OperationsArrive on time, prepared, and professional for all scheduled sessions.Support the studio's cleanliness and organization by maintaining a tidy environment before and after classes.Promote memberships, packages, and client retention as part of a collaborative team effort.Skills & AttributesPositive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.Dependability, punctuality, and reliability are essential.BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay.Sales compensation bonuses for memberships and class packages.Discounts on memberships, class packs, and retail merchandise.Opportunities for continuing education and professional growth.Join Our Team!If you're a certified Pilates instructor who loves teaching and connecting with clients, we'd love to hear from you.
