TeamHealth invites you to lead our exceptional emergency medicine (EM) team at St. Joseph Medical Center in the excellent location of Tacoma, Washington!About St. Joseph Medical Center:Level II Trauma Center with a fully staffed team of ABEM-certified physicians30-bed emergency department with an annual patient volume of 44,000Patient flow of 2.0 patients per hour and an admission rate of 30%Equipped with scribes to support efficient and thorough documentationEPIC EMR for seamless integration and data managementYour Role:Provide both clinical and administrative leadership for EM servicesOpportunity to partner with our assistant facility medical director, ensuring collaborative and effective leadershipOversee and mentor a team of ABEM physicians Develop and sustain relationships with physicians, hospital administration, and staffParticipate in key hospital and TeamHealth meetings to shape clinical strategies and workflowsCollaborate with TeamHealth and St. Joseph leadership to ensure the highest standards of careQualifications:ABEMABOEM certifiedA minimum of three years of leadership experience (5-10 years preferred)Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProven ability to inspire and lead teams in a dynamic healthcare environmentCompensation and Benefits:We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits designed to support your success: competitive hourly rate ranging from $270hour to $290hour, plus additional monthly director stipend and quarterly performance bonuses.
