Join us in a mission-critical role as a Network Engineer in the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, responsible for the delivery of network projects across the Americas region. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across network technologies, design and implement solutions adhering to product standards, and work closely with multiple teams, including architecture, engineering, capability ownersmanagers, vendor management, and service providers. You will play a key role in the implementation of new solutions and the organisational handover to the Network Operations Centre (NOC).This is a strategic opportunity to work directly with IT leadership and engage with a wide variety of clients, driving production stability, continuous service improvement, and best practice sharing across the environment.Your Team:The regional Network SRE team is expanding, strengthening its reach across clients. Diversity helps us grow, and we are dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, which brings tremendous value to both our business and clients.Your Responsibilities:Lead and deliver network projects from end-to-end, adhering to requirements, solution design, BOM creation, and highlow-level design documentation.Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and vendor teams to implement solutions and ensure smooth organisational handovers to the NOC.Contribute to production stability and drive continuous service improvement.Share best practices across the environment and provide thought leadership within your field.Troubleshoot complex network issues across various technologies, ensuring minimal disruption to services.Be proactive in requirements gathering and help define strategic network solutions for the firm.Provide expertise in a range of network technologies and drive the delivery of high-quality solutions.Your Expertise:10+ years of industry experience in network technologies, with CCNPCCIE certification (or equivalent) and a relevant degree (e.g., Computer Technology).A track record of successful project delivery, demonstrating proficiency in requirements gathering, solution design, BOM creation, and the preparation of high- and low-level design documents.Extensive experience in Enterprise Data Centre and Client LAN Networks, including technologies such as ACI, VRF, HSRP, VPC, LACP, QoS, and Multicast.Deep understanding of WAN technologies, including SDWAN, MPLS, and strong troubleshooting skills across routing protocols (e.g., EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).Expertise in network protocols such as TCPIP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP, SSH, and IPSec.Proven experience with public cloud providers (e.g., Azure, AWS) and Cisco products (e.g., Cisco ACI, Cisco DNAC, N9Ks, Cat9Ks).Familiarity with WiFi products and Load Balancers (e.g., Cisco, Meraki).Experience with Arista and Juniper Routers & Switches, Firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet), DHCPDNS applications, and network automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible) is desirable.Additional Information:Travel Requirement: Able to travel up to 10% of the time.Location: This role can be based in Nashville Weehawken What We Offer:A strategic opportunity to shape the future network infrastructure.A dynamic, inclusive work environment where diversity is celebrated.Access to cutting-edge technologies and a chance to work with industry-leading experts.Professional development opportunities within a global financial services firm.
