If you're looking for a role that offers professional development and the chance to help scale an impactful healthcare organization, we want to hear from you.This is a fantastic, full-time opportunity, with lots of room for growth!Typical ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for executive staff, helping to manage calendars, travel arrangements, and strategic engagementsStreamline communication and ensure smooth coordination between departmentsProvide day-to-day administrative assistance, handling scheduling, email correspondence, and other key tasksCollaborate with team members across multiple verticals to align goals and identify opportunities for optimizationAssist in implementing and refining operational processes to improve efficiency and scalabilitySupport financial management tasks, including assisting with payroll, budgeting, and financial reportingHelp monitor coding accuracy, reduce denials, and track collectionsAssist in efforts related to the expansion of new locations, including real estate coordination and operational readinessSupport the execution of high-impact organizational events, reflecting the growth and missionIdeal Candidate:5+ years previous similar experience managing administrativeoffice management tasks for senior executives, in the healthcaremedical industry a plusAbility to think ahead and take initiative, anticipating needs and optimizing processesExperience with process improvement and operational workflowsProficient with tools like G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello)Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep things running smoothlyAbility to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environmentsLocation: Katy, Texas (fully, in-office)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pmCompensation: $75,000 - $130,000, DOE
