A New York City-based financial services company is looking to add a newSenior Enterprise Strategy Lead to their growing team in Manhattan. In this role, theSenior Enterprise Strategy Lead will be responsible forleading and overseeing the development and execution of high-level strategic initiatives.Responsibilities:TheSenior Enterprise Strategy Leadwill:Developing and refining the overall corporate strategy, including conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying potential growth opportunities or risks to the businessDefining strategic initiatives, identify and prioritize key strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectivesLeading strategic planning processes, facilitate and guide the development of annual strategic plans, including setting goals, establishing metrics, and defining implementation plansDrivingstrategic decision-making and providing insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team to help inform and guide key business decisionsManaging strategic partnerships and alliances by identifying and evaluating potential partnerships that can help the company achieve its strategic objectivesMonitoring and evaluating the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring they are on track and delivering the intended resultsProactively identifying potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company can effectively navigate challenges and uncertaintiesPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:12+ years of experience in Strategy Development, Execution, and Performance Management either at a management consulting firm within an internal corporate strategyBachelors andor Masters Degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related fieldExperience at a Management Consulting firmExperience in Strategic Planning methodologies, such as SWOT analysis, balanced scorecard, or scenario planningSolid analytical and critical thinking skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:Experience in the Financial Services industryCommercial andor Private Banking background
