Loan Servicing Specialist

Our elite global Alternative Investment Management client is seeking to recruit a Loan Servicing Specialist to service and process full loan lifecycle events for agented and non-agented middle market loans including but not limited to interest rollovers, rate sets, paydowns, revolver borrowings and PIK loans.Responsibilities:Service and process full loan lifecycle events for agented and non-agented middle market loans including but not limited to interest rollovers, rate sets, paydowns, revolver borrowings and PIK loansManage full lifecycle processing of loans and securitiesBook new transactions, interest rollovers, principle payments, teract frequently and effectively with borrowers, deal teams and lendersAnalyze and interpret credit agreements and legal documentation effectivelyCollaborate with multiple fund administrators to analyze profit and loss statements (P&L), cash breaks and to reconcile positionsAssist deal teams and borrowers with daily revolver activityPerform daily book vs. broker cash reconciliationsEnter wires for loan settlements in a timely mannerPerform IRR calculationsWork closely with internal and external stakeholdersRequirements:Bachelor's Degree3+ years of loan servicing, loan accounting or loan operations experience in a middle market lending environmentWall Street Office (WSO) systems experience preferredAdvanced Excel skillsFundamental knowledge of broadly syndicated loans, PIK loans, Par vs. Distressed Loans, Delayed Comp Fees, etc.Fundamental understanding of P&L analysis and loan accounting standardsExcellent communication skills with the proven ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
