We are scaling rapidly and are looking for candidates that are seeking growth with us.Monday - Friday9:00am-5:30pmWAGE $17-20.00HRRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Associate located in Doral, FL. The Quality Assurance Associate will be responsible for conducting quality control and quality assurance processes, utilizing analytical skills to assess product quality, managing and maintaining quality standards, and effectively communicating with team members.Responsibilities:Inspecting each style of clothing received from the factory for any defects, misprints, misspellings, or any imperfections that could affect the quality of the product with pleting internal QC inspection checklists and conducting visual inspections. Maintaining detailed records of inspection findings, including documenting any defects or issues identified during the inspection process. Detailed reports will be reviewed at the end of each month for all productions. Provide feedback on product quality, and address any quality-related issues or concerns via QC channel on slack. While checking shipments for quality, also verify that items are being packed and shipped correctly according to the QC Report Managing and maintaining warehouse supplies inventory, Amazon "subscribe and save" items, and ensuring that they are stocked to support warehouse and office space operations. Restocking all supplies at the end of each day. Maintain and assist with opening and closing checklists. Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries. Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse. Assist and be able to speak on daily calls when needed. Attend Monday calls. Logging all discrepancies on QC sheet. Maintain and organize all incoming QC Reports for each production Assist warehouse team whenever needed. Assist with the at-need schedule for QC sample intake alongside the production team, including but not limited to PP Samples and TOP Samples QualificationsQuality Control and Quality Assurance skillsStrong analytical skillsKnowledge of quality management principlesExcellent communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to identify defectsExperience in a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to work effectively in a teamRelevant certifications or training in quality assuranceBilingual (Spanish and English)HS Degree or equivalent1 year at least of warehouse or similar experience2 years at least of higher education
