Apply Now Responsibilities:Provide expertise in accounting support services for multiple clients, delivering on their unique business needs and maintaining account engagements monthlyClient accounting responsibilities may include payroll processing, sales tax and tax returns, processing accounts payable, invoicing or accounts receivable work. Maintaining general ledgers, reconciliations and preparing journal entries for monthly close. Respond to inquiries on accounts, researching and resolving any discrepancies and providing any documentation neededInterpreting and analyzing financial data, compiling reports and insights for clients quarterly Treasury and banking setup needs, facilitating disbursements of funds, and bank reconciliations Analyze and present monthly financial reportsQuarterly and annual forecasting, variance analysis and ad hoc reportingSupport efforts in special projects and other accounting related responsibilitiesOur Ideal Candidate...Will deliver financial information through administration, bookkeeping, account analysis, and preparation of financial statements to external clientsPossess 2-6 + years' of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or similar Bachelor Degree preferred but not required Excellent communication skills and ability to interact well with external and internal stakeholdersShould be proficient in accounting software systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Dynamics..
