Industry leading company seeks a trusted advisor and partner to business leadersacross the client group and is accountable for the delivering of human resourceservices and programs. Must demonstrate working knowledge of employee relations,HR process management, risk management and other recognized human resourcescompetencies. Role will report to the CHRO.JOB DESCRIPTION:ï‚· Builds relationships with business leaders, managers, and the corporate HRteam to help drive successful people strategies and programs.ï‚· Identifies key training needs and develops project plans and timelines fordesign and delivery.ï‚· Identifies opportunities and recommendsdrives change managementstrategies to increase performance, reduce cost, and positively impact bothemployees and leaders.ï‚· Supports the performance management program for designated client groupincluding goal deployment, routine goal reviews and ensuring that these arecascaded throughout the employee base.ï‚· Coaches Manager's on the creation and short and long-term goals and ensurethese are cascaded through the organization.ï‚· Partners with key leaders on critical, strategic hires. Be a consultative resource,active member, and a trusted advisor to the organization.ï‚· Supports talent management initiatives including recruiting, performancemanagement, diversity and inclusion, employee training, organizationaldevelopment, compensation programs, and succession planning. Ensure effortsare synchronized with corporate organizational developmentorganizationaleffectiveness initiatives.ï‚· Provides oversight for all HR administrative functions and serves as an effectiveliaison with other HR partners to ensure they are handled in an accurate andtimely manner. JOB REQUIREMENTS:ï‚· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish andmaintain effective working relationship with individuals at all levels within theorganization.ï‚· Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).ï‚· Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with great attention todetail.ï‚· Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced high-energy environment.ï‚· Ability to multi-task.ï‚· Advanced Talent Development skills.ï‚· Bachelor's degree
