Job Title: Mortgage CloserLocation: Phoenix, AZSchedule: On Site, Monday-Friday normal business hoursCompensation: $20.00-$25.00hr + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, eligible day 1 on the job!)Requirements:- Experience as a Mortgage Closer, Processor, or Funder- General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulationsDay to Day:This role acts as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.- Perform routine data entry and validation tasks- Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)- Review and validate loan documents- Handle routine calls, emails andor chat responses- Monitor work queues and intervening as needed
