Title: Human Resources Business Partner Stores (HRBP)Reports to: Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner- J. Crew FactoryLocation: Chicago, Texas, Colorado and Nashville (candidates preferred)Overview:This role is responsible for driving the people agenda for the store population. This leader will be an important member of their assigned leadership team and be the lead contributor to the execution of the people strategy. Individual will be expected to be a collaborative partner and ensure the people strategy aligns with the needs of the business. Lead the implementation of all HR programs with HRBPs to drive change across assigned business units.Primary responsibilities include:Partner and drive the people agenda for the assigned business units; main areas of focus are; Talent Management & Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB), and Change ManagementWill be supporting: west region: southwest , northwest, Texas, Colorado, Nashville and Midwest districtsLead, coach and partner with leaders through people issues to be forward thinking about implications of people business decisionsCoach and develop Regionals, District Managers and senior business leaders.Proactively provide solutions related to associate population, talent, and organizational matters to HRBP and senior business leadersImplement companywide HR programs, ensuring programs remain relevant in meeting needs of the business, timing that aligns with store goals; provide feedback to Lead HRBP on business needsDrive the talent planning process for the assigned business units.Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and create plans around potential exposure in assigned business units.
