Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Manager will support RBmedia's growth goals, produce detailed financial reporting packages, work closely with the Head of FP&A and CFO, with business units around the world, and deliver meaningful insights to business leaders and PE sponsors.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesTake a lead role in supporting the Head of FP&A in budget, forecasting and long term planning processDevelop detailed financial models and revenue, cost and cash flow projectionsLiaison with operating unit managers to prepare monthly operating analytics and presentationsPerform monthly variance analysis and coordinate with department heads to track performance vs budget and identify opportunities for outperformanceAnalyze, synthesize and translate data into key strategic inputs and insights that will drive strategic decision making within the companyPrepare monthly financial reporting packages for Company leadership and PE sponsorsBuild and maintain presentation materials for Board of Directors meetingsWork in RBmedia ERP system (NetSuite)Participate in cross-functional business projects and analyses, including M&A and TreasurySupport implementation of new budgeting and financial reporting applicationsOther duties as assigned and requiredDesired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative field required. MBA is a plus.4+ years of FP&A experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointInvestment banking or consulting experience desiredComfort in manipulating large and different sources of data and strong attention to detailNetSuite experience is a plusCollaborative and strong communication and presentation skillsCompensation & Location:The compensation for this role is very competitive and RBmedia offers a full suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off and more.
