Our luxurious treatments address scalp health and hair vitality through tailored sessions and cutting-edge solutions. We are proud to offer Austin's first FDA-approved FoLix laser treatment for hair restoration, complementing our holistic methodologies. Here, expertise meets empowerment. Our specialists provide personalized care, combining technical protocols with result-driven approaches that address hormonal, stress-induced, and other hair concerns. Nestled among native oak trees with abundant natural light, our spa is a serene space for clients to nurture their hair and themselves.What We're Looking For We're seeking a talented and entrepreneurial licensed professional to take on the role of Treatment Specialist. This position will report directly to the Lead Treatment Specialist and work as part of a dynamic team of six. This role offers significant growth opportunities as you help refine our treatment programs and support the business's expansion. Applicants must hold both an active cosmetology and esthetician license in the state of Texas, reflecting the holistic nature of our services. You must be comfortable providing hair, skin, and light massage treatments and have a vision for being part of an ever-changing startup. A polished appearance daily is essential to uphold our brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesExceptional Client Service: Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met pre-, during, and post-service.Technical Expertise: Deliver outstanding scalp treatments, shampooing services, and become skilled in trichoscope use for detailed scalp analysis. Perform pressure-point massages for the face, head, neck, arms, and hands, along with skin care protocols. Provide 15-20 minute blow-dries (styling not required) and maintain impeccable attention to munication & Scheduling: Manage client communications and scheduling, assist with re-bookings, and promote referrals.Product & Service Knowledge: Educate clients on product benefits, suggest additional treatments, and provide personalized recommendations.Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized spa environment, adhering to CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfection.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and the Lead Treatment Specialist to ensure exceptional service and seamless operations.Retail & Inventory Management: Demonstrate acumen in retail planning, ordering, and inventory management to support spa operations.Professionalism: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and client care while representing the Elysian brand.QualificationsDual licensing as a cosmetologist and esthetician (active and valid in the state of Texas).1-3 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Passion for health, wellness, and exceptional client experiences.Proficiency with scheduling software (Boulevard experience a plus).Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to prioritize tasks fort with providing hair, skin, and light massage treatments.Polished appearance daily to uphold brand standards.Why Join Us?
