Production Scheduler (Plastic Injection Molding)Purpose & Scope: We are seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to join our team and take charge of planning and optimizing a detailed production schedule that aligns customer demands with inventory levels and production capacity. This role is essential to ensuring smooth, efficient operations across our plastic injection molding machines.Key Responsibilities:Schedule 10+ plastic injection molding machines, minimizing downtime and maximizing machine utilization.Collaborate with various departments to allocate necessary resources, materials, equipment, and personnel for seamless production.Proactively identify and address potential issues or shortages that could disrupt production.Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate supply for scheduled runs.Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime.Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and communicate any potential delays in advance.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in production scheduling for plastic injection molding.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with IQMS or similar ERP systems.High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.If you're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing production processes, we encourage you to apply!
