Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Financial Manager to join their team! This position is located in Parsippany, New Jersey.Duties:Ensure the financial health of the organization by managing financial activities and strategiesProduce detailed financial reports to guide decision-makingDirect investment activities to align with organizational goalsDevelop and implement strategies for achieving long-term financial objectivesPerform forecasting to support financial planning and resource allocationApprove purchase orders (POs) in accordance with organizational policiesEngage with clients, including engineering personnel, to ensure alignment on financial objectives and activitiesDesired SkillsExperience:5+ year management experience requiredProficiency in BPC and Excel is requiredExperience with forecasting, PO approvals, and client engagement with engineering personnelBackground in telecommunications or decision support roles is preferredStrong communication skills are essentialAbility to manage multiple projects concurrentlyTeam-oriented mindset and collaborative approachBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans401K offered
