Job Relationship to Mission The Inside Sales Representative drives new revenue directly for ABS, qualifies incoming leads identifies new key account opportunities, coordinates activities and supports the field sales team to help realize monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas and revenue Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for qualifying sales leads to help our clients solve problems and in turn, drive ABS sales revenue. Using a collaborative, consultative approach, the ISR will work to help our clients achieve desired outcomes, solve problems, and address critical needs. The ISR will work collaboratively with internal and external clients to achieve success. Job Objectives Manage Inbound Marketing Leads using qualification methodsCreatedevelop new sales opportunities and close deals Qualify, advance and close opportunities through collaborative discussions with prospectsclients utilizing our established sales processManage a sales pipeline of qualified opportunitiesCreate a preference for working with ABS through our consultative engagement modelDevelop and maintain client relationships through virtual meetingsDevelop creative and customized solutions tailored to clients' exact goals, problems and needs.Maintain accurate documentation and records in CRM including internal and external communication Job Competencies Fluent in English Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong Oral and Written Communication Skills Effectively manage a high volume of email without compromising key responsibilitiesMathematical and Analytical SkillsBasic proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint (Advanced proficiency preferred)Strong Organizational and Time Management SkillsBasic Scientific KnowledgeAbility to represent ABS in a professional manner to clientsvendorsAbility to understand products and services offered to an intermediate level.Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education & Experience Education: A BSBA or higher degree in Biological Sciences. Experience:Prior business sales experience, strongly desiredLife Sciences Client facing experience In-lab experience and familiarity with cell culture a plus
