Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a Project Coordinator for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities:Communicating and interacting with stakeholders both vertically and horizontally to drive initiatives to conclusionWorks well independently with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skillsAccountability for developing plans to deliver future state approaches and facilitating the implementationAbility to utilize sound business judgment and tailor solutions to ensure deadlines are met and risks are addressedOversees and assesses existing processes and workflows Proficient in problem analysis and solution design Requirements:Strong Presentation skills, including preparing compelling presentations to senior-level executivesAbility to be flexible, adaptable, and proactively take initiative Executive presence and ability to lead meetingsAbility to influence senior leadership Project Management Experience, preferredExcellent knowledge of project management, standards, and processes in a complex program environment with multiple delivery partnersExperience working in SOR development Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels, and across different audiencesStrong knowledge of MS Office applicationsAgile and waterfall frameworksStrong sense of quality and commitment to interact with internal or external clients effectively and professionallyVery good communication skills and service orientationDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
