At our company, we value integrity, collaboration, and delivering exceptional performance on high-profile projects.The Role As an Estimator - Quantities Takeoff, you will:Review contract plans, specifications, and bid items thoroughly.Perform detailed quantity take-offs for assigned bid items.Identify special conditions, proposal requirements, and any unusual municate with the Lead Estimator and other team members for bid preparation.Solicit subcontractor and supplier quotes, and assist in preparing HCSS comparison sheets and bid schedules.Help with proposal preparation, RFIsRFCs, and DMWBE requirements.Assist in bid and proposal document preparation for Joint Venture bids.The CandidateBS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).Minimum 5 years in heavy civil construction, with 3 years in estimating.Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid, Bluebeam, Excel, Primavera P6, and SmartBid.Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.Ability to take direction, ask questions, and proactively seek guidance.The BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits based on experience.Opportunities to work on high-profile infrastructure projects.Supportive team environment for professional growth.How to applyPlease submit your application via the contact details provided and you will be contacted with further information about this opportunity or email your CV to me directly at
