If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply!Job Description: Trade Operations SpecialistMust-Have Qualifications:Experience in Operations: Proven track record in clearing firm or banking environments, with hands-on experience in:Trade capture, allocations, and reconciliations (both trades and bank accounts).Core Clearing Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with systems such as DTC and banking platforms.Financial Instruments Expertise: Strong understanding of Equities, Options, and Fixed Income teliClear Experience (Preferred): Experience with InteliClear is highly desirable.Licensing: Series 99 is a significant advantage.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Trade Support and Processing: Accurately capture, allocate, and reconcile trades across Equities, Options, and Fixed Income products. Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies and breaks promptly.Clearing and Settlements: Oversee clearing processes using core systems like DTC. Coordinate settlements with counterparties and ensure timely resolution of issues.Reconciliation and Reporting: Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate account balances. Reconcile clearing accounts and investigate any discrepancies.System Management and Maintenance: Work within clearing systems such as DTC and InteliClear (preferred). Ensure systems are operating efficiently and liaise with IT for any required updates or fixes.Regulatory and Compliance Support: Maintain compliance with industry regulations, including Series 99 standards if applicable. Provide support for audits and regulatory reporting as needed.
