Senior Project Manager - Land DevelopmentLocation: Alexandria, VACompensation: $140,000- $170,000 + ESOPJob SummaryWe are seeking a Senior SiteCivil Project Manager to join our Arlington, VA team. This role involves leading and supporting design, permitting, and client development efforts for a variety of land development projects. You'll collaborate with industry leaders and manage projects that span residential, institutional, commercial, and mixed-use developments.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and permit residential, institutional, commercial centers, warehouse distribution centers, and mixed-use projects for public and private clients.Collaborate with office leadership to develop growth plans and optimize staff utilization.Engage in business development by cultivating new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.Oversee sitecivil efforts, including site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion, and sediment control from concept through completion.Lead stormwater management design, hydrologichydraulic analysis, and SWPPP tegrate geotechnical and environmental engineering principles into land development projects.Perform other duties as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.10+ years of relevant sitecivil engineering experience, with a focus on land development projects.Professional Engineering license.US citizenship required for federal government projects.Proficiency in sitecivil design, including grading, drainage, infrastructure, and erosion control.Strong client development and management skills.AutoCAD or Civil 3D proficiency preferred.Active involvement in professional organizations.Experience in technical and proposal writing.Excellent communication and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings and site pensation and BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:Company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, and paid pregnancy leave.401(k)Roth with company match.Paid time off, including parental and military leave.Employee referral and professional license bonuses.Educational reimbursement opportunities
