Job SummaryThe Cost Analyst serves as the primary Finance team member responsible for supporting the sales team by providing costs for new products, generating reoccurring reports and maintaining our ERP system.ResponsibilitiesWork safely in every case and promote safety at every interaction with associatesCreates Indicative Costa RequestsCreates Net Contribution MarginsGenerates DailyWeeklyMonthly Sales and Gross Margin reportsAnalyze sales data to ensure the pricing and profitability of productsResponsible for forecasting and budgeting the standard gross marginMaintain all standard costs in our ERP systemAll Fixed Asset accountingAssist with 3rd party audits on all above tasksAny additional accounting tasks as directed by the Financial ControllerRequirements2+ years of experience in a related cost accounting functionBachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, or FinanceExperience with ERP systems and reporting tools, SAP preferredExperience with Sales Force is preferredExperience working in an international manufacturing organization desiredStrong Excel SkillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsSuperior written and verbal communication skillsEnvironmentDesk job and working in a seated position in front of a computer for most of the dayMust be able to walk up and down stairs throughout the day
