As a growing organization headquartered in Paramus, NJ, we are growing our project division to better serve our expanding client base.Position SummaryWe are looking for an experienced MSP Project Engineer to join our project team. This role involves leading, managing, and executing a range of IT infrastructure projects while upholding exceptional service standards and technical proficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and implement advanced IT infrastructure projects, including cloud and on-premises system migrations, network deployments, and security upgrades.Collaborate with internal technical teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet objectives.Create comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications and detailed implementation plans.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress.Perform technical assessments and recommend infrastructure enhancements.Establish and maintain robust security measures to safeguard client data and systems.Configure and manage cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).QualificationsA minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer in an MSP environment.Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.Proficiency with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox).Extensive experience with Microsoft solutions, including Office 365 and Azure.Deep understanding of network security principles and best practices.Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.Exceptional project management and documentation abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.Technical ExpertiseNetwork infrastructure and security systemsCloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP)Virtualization technologiesBackup and disaster recovery systemsMicrosoft 365 suiteActive Directory and Azure ADNetwork monitoring toolsSecurity and compliance frameworksLocation RequirementsBased in Paramus NJ.Must be available for on-site work and travel to client locations as required.A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.BenefitsCompetitive salaryMedical and dental insurance401(k) plan with company matchingOpportunities for professional developmentPaid holidays and time off
