Localization Project ManagerLocation: Austin, TXSchedule: Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday onsite)Pay: Up to $49.80hour DOE Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision and more Planet Interactive is looking for a Localization Project Manager to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract. This role will work 40 hours per week and will require this person to be onsite 3 days per week in their Austin, TX office.Localization Project Manager Responsibilities: Lead localization projects from beginning to end.Utilize the in-house translation management software and translation memory tools for projects.Lead and direct localization vendors and internal cross-functional partners.Act as the main point of contact for urgent localization requests that come in.Handle Linguistic Quality Assurance (LQA) on assigned portfolio.Help build and manipulate reporting within the organization.Handle handoff review meetings, gather feedback, and push out localization projects based on specific needs.Work on localization content for the eCommerce experience, store applications, and other platforms.Localization Project Manager Qualifications:5+ years experience running projects at either an agency or client side.Experience in localization, internationalization, or globalization projects.Bachelor's degree.Experience ideally in WorldServer or similar platforms.Linguistic skill in language other than English is a PLUS; excellent English communication skills.
