We are in search of an experienced Finance Manager for our US company. The Finance Manager will work cross-functionally, providing business insight and financial leadership to drive strategic and financial initiatives.The company, located in Winston Salem, is a production and distribution center with a turnover of approximately 140 mio USD and 250 employees.ResponsibilitiesSupervise Finance team with daily operations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, accounting) and monthly closing.Track KPIs, perform variance analysis, and prepare management reports and presentations.Collaborate cross-functionally to provide business insights and financial leadership for strategic and financial initiatives, including: *Review spending proactively against budget in all departments: Labor reporting, material costs, manufacturing overhead, and logistic costs. *Analyze sales and margin performance in close collaboration with the commercial team.*Monitor inventory control and accuracy.*Conduct periodic reviews and walkthroughs of the plant with the operational team to discuss opportunities and production inefficiencies.Participate in financial strategic planning, yearly budget, and forecasting.Streamline and optimize financial processes and internal controls.Be a business partner of all the departments within the company: Production, HR, Commercial Team, Procurement Team in line with the strategic plan.Qualifications+7 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally in a multinational and production-oriented environment.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience working with an ERP system (preferably SAP).Proficiency in data skills, analytics, and data visualization.Advanced English is required.Ambition, drive, and growth potential.Strong communication skills, self-organized, proactive, and mercial and operational acumen.Result and performance-oriented.Deadline-driven.Eagerness to learn, drive for change and improvement.
