Covenant Partners (CP) is a multi-family office boutique wealth management firm working with high-net-worth families. CP strives to deliver excellent service to our clients in a professional and collaborative team environment. The person who is hired for this position will be a proactive, enthusiastic, relationship-driven, detailed- oriented individual who will manage the insurance and estate planning needs of the CP clients. These duties will include but are not limited to property & casualty policy renewal and review to ensure coverage is current and appropriate, coordinating claims with client & agent, life and disability insurance applications, annual life insurance trust process, scheduling estate planning meetings with attorneys, and collection of completed estate plan documents. Specific Duties include but are not limited to: Assist in determining the appropriate type of insurance policies that should be maintained by clients such as: homeowners, renters, condodwelling, auto, watercraft, schedule items, gun, equine, umbrella, disability, life, long-term care, workers comp for domestic employees, etc. (premium ranges $25,000 - 350,000) Handle all insurance matters from initial application through receipt of the policy and ensure all coverage is maintained as needed. Work directly with insurance agents to make changes to policies, confirm renewals,obtain quotes and secure new coverage, cancel policies, etc. for clients. Review policies for changes to be made and become familiar with appropriate premium costs for various coverage levels. Give opinions to Advisors on renewal quotes received and when to raiselower policy deductibles. Back up to Office Manager & Executive Assistant in answering phones and managing the door. Assist with the Estate Planning needs of CP's clients (coordinate with Attorney) Qualifications - College preferred but not required *P&L license preferred but not required, *3-5 years' experience in insurance matters preferred *Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, significant organizational abilities and a high level of attention to detail Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 Annual BonusCommission: No
