Pathology Physician

We are seeking experienced Anatomic Pathologist for locums coverage in New Jersey. Our client is a full-service health care facility that covers eastern, and central New Jersey and they are needing ongoing coverage and support from experience Anatomic Pathologist. You will be working within a well-respected health system that offers state-of-the-art medicine. The ideal candidate must be proficient with frozen section analysis, rapid onsite examination of cytology specimens, surgical pathology sign-out, cytopathology sign-out. Workload: Annually Volume of the lab is 7000 cases per day. Patient load: 20 - 25 casesday. Locum coverage to cover as permanent staff is interviewedhired! There is an opportunity to go permanent with this group as well if a good fit is mutual! Shift: 8am - 5pm coverage needed daily, plus night and weekend call as needed Minimum Education and Experience: A MD, DO, or MBBS is required along with board certification or board eligibility in APCP or AP and cytopathology. Academic rank and compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and academic experience.
