Details: Hospitalist positions: Physicians must be BCBE in FM, IM, and Med Ped Visa accepted: Yes - 2023 or 2024 (J1 - HHS or H1B) Practice type: Hospital Employed Business type: Nonprofit Position: Full time EMR: Yes - Epic Setting: Inpatient Location: Hospital Cal l: After 5pm most are taken care of over the telephone with no requirement to go in Schedule: Static 7 Days: 7 on 7 o ff Hours: 830 5pm Patients seen daily: 12-15 Patient base: non-adolescent geriatric Beds: 15 ER: fully staffed ICU: No Codes: Yes Procedures: Yes Paracentesis Have a pick line team but sometimes they will do central and arterial lines (okay with no lines) APP support: Experienced APP group on staff during the day Designated APP night team After 530pm they manage and you would assist via telephone Will handle admissions Will initiate transfers for CC Join an established group of 2 full time physicians and an APP team looking to add an additional 2 to their team.They are also looking for an MIP hospitalist that would care for admitted psychiatric patients.
