Location: A city located in southwestern Idaho, in the United States. It is part of the Boise metropolitan area and serves as the county seat of Canyon County. Facility: Facility opening in October 2025 will serve community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation services in a convenient and accessible environment Services will include Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Diabetes Care & Education, Sleep Medicine, Orthopedics, Heart Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and onsite Lab, X-ray, and Pharmacy. Opportunity: Excellent opportunities for Family Medicine Physicians (MDDO) to join a group of 6-8 FM providers in a brand-new, 45,000+ square foot facility opening in fall of 2025 in the suburbs of Boise, Idaho Start Date: Mid-September 2025 Accepting Board Certified or Board Eligible candidates who will become Board Certified within 3 years of employment Candidates must have completed an accredited ACGMEAOA Family Medicine residency program Practice Setting: Clinic Full-time schedule: 34 patient contact hours with the option for a 4- or 5-day work week. Shift hours: Approximately 8 AM to 5 PM Call schedule: Shared with other eligible Family Medicine providers; approximately 1:40.
