Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist with extensive experience or fellowship training in Breast Imaging is required Practice setting: hospital-based and outpatientNumber of Radiologists in Practice: 6 FTE in breast, 41 FTE in departmentSupport Staff: mammo techs and dedicated ultrasound techAverage Number of Cases Per Day: varies by location, Diagnostics = 15-24day, Screeners = 40-70day, Procedures = 2-6dayPatient Age Demographic: adultEMR: Powerscibe with voice recognition for reports. Hologic 2D3D with high resolution (12megapixel) monitors. New Samsung ultrasound units and 3D Tomo stereotactic guided biopsyCredentialing timeline: usually 2-3 months (depends on if physician has IL license in hand or not) Not accepting Locums providers ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
