We are looking for a skilled Litigation ParalegalPara-Secretary to join our team. You will be responsible for the coordination of all the details before, during, and after trial. The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process including working with clients, drafting discovery, document filing and attending trials.Quarterly bonus opportunities are available in addition to a competitive pensation: Depends on experience.ResponsibilitiesDraft pleadings, motions and CMC statements and file them with the courtPerform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc.)Organize exhibits, evidence and production documentsDraft interrogatories and other discovery requests and responsesGather relevant information from a variety of sourcesAid attorneys in trial preparationProvide assistance with case settlementsSkillsProven working experience as a litigation paralegalApplicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices, and deadlineHighly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong writing and communication skills along with attention to detailExtensive computer expertiseWork Location: In person.
