Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Sales to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence in the immersive medical technology sector. This individual will play a crucial role in driving our commercial strategy, focusing on both enterprise sales and client acquisition, while also establishing and nurturing key relationships with healthcare organizations, hospitals, and medical institutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Craniomaxillofacial & Thoracic (CMFT) sales and a deep understanding of how emerging technologies, especially in the VR and AR space, can improve healthcare outcomes. The VP of Sales will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record of successfully selling complex, high-value solutions to key decision-makers in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team and collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, positioning ImmersiveTouch as the market leader in immersive healthcare technologies. Focus on high-growth areas such as surgical training, medical visualization, and virtual patient simulations. CMFT Sales Expertise: Bring deep expertise in selling Craniomaxillofacial & Thoracic (CMFT) solutions. Leverage this experience to target new clients, enhance product offerings, and effectively articulate the value of ImmersiveTouch's immersive technologies. Revenue Generation & Growth: Drive revenue and market share growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Cultivate and close complex, high-value deals, particularly within large hospitals, academic institutions, and medical device companies. Relationship Building & Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare executives, surgeons, medical professionals, and partners in the healthcare ecosystem. Foster long-term customer relationships to ensure the success and satisfaction of existing clients. Sales Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Establish clear sales goals, provide ongoing coaching, and develop a culture of excellence and accountability. Help team members grow professionally while ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Market Intelligence & Industry Trends: Stay ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry advancements, especially in the Craniomaxillofacial & Thoracic (CMFT) and healthcare technology space. Provide valuable insights to the product and marketing teams to drive product development and market positioning. Reporting & Analytics: Establish robust systems for tracking sales activities, pipeline management, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities. Customer Advocacy & Feedback: Serve as a key advocate for ImmersiveTouch's products within the healthcare community, ensuring the company's solutions are adapted to meet the evolving needs of customers. Collect feedback and insights from clients to inform product improvements and innovations. Qualifications: Extensive Sales Experience in Craniomaxillofacial & Thoracic (CMFT): At least 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on CMFT. Proven Track Record in Complex Sales: Demonstrated success in selling high-value, complex solutions to C-suite executives, hospital networks, medical professionals, and academic institutions. Ability to navigate long sales cycles and close multi-million-dollar deals. Healthcare & Medical Technology Expertise: A deep understanding of the healthcare industry, medical technologies, and how emerging technologies like VR and AR are transforming healthcare. Experience with surgical applications, medical training, and patient visualization is highly desirable. Leadership & Team Management Skills: Strong leadership abilities, including experience building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales team. A focus on fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, spot market trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Comfortable with forecasting, budgeting, and CRM systems. Communication & Negotiation Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels. Proven negotiation skills and the ability to drive value in complex sales conversations. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
