Job Description: Must Haves:3+ years of experience working with CCTV, Card Access, or residential low voltage.Current valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation to transport necessary tools and equipmentFamiliar with power and hand tools (drills, wire cutters, etc.)Customer service skills and professionalism over the phone and in personAbility to work under general supervision and independently at multiple customer sites fortable with computers, basic Microsoft Suite, Smartphone devices (mostly for documentation and scheduling). Plusses:Hands-on experience with installation, repair, troubleshooting or set-up of devices (security cameras, alarm systems, NetworkWiFi, wires or cabling, phones, tablets, ATMs, printers, etc.) Some technical school trainingPrior experience with providing services to electrical systemsPrior sales experience (will have the opportunity to earn commission in this role for upselling) Sheriff CardPrior work experience at ADT Day-to-day:A customer of Insight Global is looking for a Service Technician to support their customer base on site in the Las Vegas, NV area. These individuals will be responsible for working with the existing customer base in the local area to service home security systems at various residence locations in the local territory. They will utilize their customer service skills to work directly with the troubling shooting of current systems and getting them cell phone access to the company application for their security system. This individual must be comfortable using their personal vehicle to go to and from the customer sites to the shop location and will have onsite training at the start of their employment. *Training: 3 weeks of modules and shadowing (ALL TECHS ARE COMPENSATED $15hr DURING THE 2-5 WEEK TRAINING PERIOD, NOT PERMITTED TO WORK ANY OT DURING TRAINING).
