They are a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing the finest commercial refrigeration & cooking equipment service to their clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receiving Inventory Associate to join the team. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in inventory management.Key Responsibilities:Receiving & Inventory Management:Receive and check in parts, ensuring accuracy in quantities and anize and maintain inventory records to ensure proper tracking.Perform regular inventory counts and audits.Forklift Operation:Safely operate a forklift to unload, transport, and organize inventory.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.Administrative Tasks:Use QuickBooks to update inventory and process related transactions.Respond to emails and answer phone inquiries promptly and professionally.Use computers for data entry, reporting, and general documentation.Requirements:Forklift Certification: Must be able to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.QuickBooks Proficiency: Experience with QuickBooks for inventory and transaction management.Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers, including email and basic office applications.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Effective communication skills for phone and email correspondence.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Previous experience in a receiving or inventory role is highly desirable.What We Offer:Competitive starting pay ($22 - $25hour).Stable, full-time direct hire position with room for growth.401K 4% matchingHealth InsuranceTake home vehiclePaid vacation that grows each yearOpportunity to work with a supportive and professional team.We look forward to having you as part of our team!All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
