You will build and lead a thoughtful, attentive, and technical CS team that will deliver exceptional customer experiences, focusing on retention, adoption, growth, and engagement. You will identify opportunities to streamline support processes and enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a background leading post-sales teams in the MLAI industry.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer decision makers while serving as the primary point of contact between the customer and FastinoDrive adoption and expansion through value-based consulting, developing account plans that align with customers' business objectives and identify new growth opportunitiesLead change management initiatives and create enablement programs to showcase new use cases and capabilities that build upon existing implementationsMonitor usage patterns and conduct regular business reviews to track success metrics, provide optimization recommendations, and pursue expansion opportunitiesPartner cross-functionally with Enterprise Account Executives and other internal teams to ensure customer success and drive growthAct as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering teams, translating customer needs into actionable product feedbackRequirements:5+ years of leadership experience in top-performing teams in customer success.Work experience in the AI, ML, data engineering, cloud, or tech infra industry is a plusCollaborative team player with track record of partnering with sales and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver results, help identify and close new business, and drive retentionData-driven decision maker with a strong focus on execution and accountabilityProactive, organized problem-solver with the ability to execute at both the strategic and tactical level; able to roll up hisher sleeves to get things doneExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhy Join Us?Supportive Environment: Benefit from the resources of Microsoft and venture funding, collaborating with top-tier talent from renowned universities.Impactful Work: Your contributions will directly shape the future of AI applications, making technology more accessible, eco-friendly and dev friendly!Competitive Benefits: Receive competitive salary, stock options, health benefits, and more.
