As a Courier Dispatcher, you will be crucial in coordinating transportation with our team of drivers and ensuring timely and secure deliveries in a fast-paced, on-demand environment. The dispatcher serves as the primary point of contact for drivers and clients' to facilitate clear communication, resolve any issues that arise, and maintain efficient operations. Dispatchers must stay updated on all deliveries and driver statuses to maintain real-time oversight and promptly address any challenges. This role includes providing outstanding customer service and ensuring drivers comply with Federal and State regulations, certifications, licensures, and safety standards. QualificationsExperience in customer service is requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, on-demand environmentWork Independently and Self-starter Strong communication and organizational skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft OfficePrevious experience in logistics management andor dispatching is a plus
