THE OPPORTUNITYSany Construction Equipment Dealer is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician for an equipment dealership located in Pennsauken NJ, servicing SE Pennsylvania, NJ, DE area. The Field Service Technician will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy equipment. This role requires in store service and travel to customer sites to perform on-site maintenance and repair work. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent customer service abilities.LIST KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTroubleshoot, diagnose and repair Sany and other makes of Industrial & Construction Equipment Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer machinesMaintain a service vehicle and its inventoryProcess paperwork after completion of each jobWill travel within 100-mile radiusPROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONSGood mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electricalelectronic systems and hydraulics and diesel internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics Good writtenverbal communication and customer care skillsValid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate industrial & construction equipmentPrevious industrial or construction equipment repair, diesel engine troubleshooting & repair experience, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferredEDUCATION REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalent.
