LHH is recruiting a Legal Office Administrator for a Regional Law Firm. The Office Administrator will support 4 offices; and report to the Cleveland Office. Responsibilities:401(k) - prepare biweekly payroll reports, submission, compliance reports, facilitate profit sharing calculation and payment, process loan requests, facilitate force-outs when neededOperating Account (3476) - daily review, ACH payments, check payments, monthly reconciliationDaily review of credit card usagechargesHealthDental Insurance - COSE- Med Mutual - Review plan, consult with MedMutual as needed, prepare annual renewal package, insure compliance with grandfather statusCOBRA - ensure COBRA notification letters are sent as necessary , monitor enrollment, assure that KG is reimbursed for COBRA chargesExpense monitoringPrepare various QuickBooks reportsPrepare and send termination letters related to 401(k) and medicaldental insurance.Prepare and update Employee Benefit reports - Payroll vacationholiday and sick time trackingReview every payroll and enter into QuickBooks - breakdown entries based on credit to particular state? Review every deposit and code entriesFacilitate renewal of leases - copiers, postage machinesReview and submit employee expense reimbursement requests for approval prior to paymentPreparation of taxes - prepare reports for estimatesFacilitate annual Unclaimed funds filingFacilitate annual Payclix compliance review - computer complianceGather and submit all necessary documents for annual firm tax preparationFacilitate 1099 preparation and distributionTrack 1099's received Prepare employee hours tracking reportsPrepare monthly fee income reports for attorneysPreparation and submission of insurance reportsquestionnaires for renewal of insurance policiesPreparation of quarterly CAT tax - actual quarterly tax paymentsUpdate & edit Employee HandbookAttend CE classesseminars related to 401(k), Workers Comp, Employee Handbook requirements, COBRA, unclaimed fundsMaintain and administer bank accountsOrder office suppliesAdminister BWC accountsAdminister unemployment claims, facilitate submission of supporting documentationFile annual Department of Revenue reports - Indiana, IllinoisMonitor credit card charge accounts for file expensesMonitor credit card accounts for operating expensesMaintain accounting records and supporting documents for past 7 - 10 yearsComplete and file US Bureau of Labor statistics survey as neededObtain ClearChecks Background check reports on all potential new employeesAnnual Secretary of State filings for Indiana and IllinoisPrepare Economic Census Prepare Illinois Supreme Count Rule 721 annual filingFacilitate Section 125 plan Would you like to learn more about the Legal Office Administrator position that LHH Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for in Cleveland, Ohio?
