With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional legal services in real estate matters, the firm offers an opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders, work on high-profile transactions, and contribute to a dynamic and growing national practice.Responsibilities:Represent clients in diverse real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing.Advise and support borrower-side finance transactions as a bonus skillset.Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate documents with precision and clarity.Provide strategic counsel to clients, helping them seize opportunities and navigate challenges in the real estate market.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of attorneys on large-scale and complex transactions across the country.
