They are searching for a TechnologyInfrastructure Project Centralized Support professional to join their team.This is a brand-new opening; The Infrastructure Project Centralized Support is a centralized resource to support both in an administrative and project specific support role. You will create presentation documentation in support of Sr. project managers, and 90% of your responsibilities will include centralized tasks like management of orders, invoices, resource onboarding and other administrative tasks as needed.Key Experience:Presentation and Documentation SupportCreating and maintaining project presentations and tracking sheets.Order and Procurement ManagementCentralized placement of orders on behalf of project managers and project owners.Engaging vendors and resolving invoicing issues with the accounting team.Resource Onboarding and MaintenanceManaging the onboarding of resources for large-scale projects.Overseeing ongoing resource-related administrative tasks.Tool Management and ReportingManaging centralized PMO tools, including resource tracking systems.Creating and reporting data for effective project oversight.Basic knowledge of technical terminology (network, data center, infrastructure, cybersecurity, Cloud, etc)This is a full-time, permanent position based in NYC, with a hybrid schedule (2 days in the office each week).If interested, click "˜Apply' !
